These Terms may be updated by us from time to time. You should therefore check this page regularly to note any changes we may have made to the Terms. Changes to the Terms will apply to orders made subsequent to the revised Terms being published.
Please note that once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the order and you agree to the term & conditions of vaeno.co when you have made a purchase with us.
Below are the delivery times and costs associated with orders placed for delivery to various regions within the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and United Kingdom. Please note that we currently only deliver within these countries.
We aim to deliver to you within the time frames outlined above however we do not guarantee that deliveries will be made within the above delivery times. Please note that a signature is requested on delivery. If you are not in when our couriers deliver and if they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will attempt redelivery 1 more time on a different day. In order to arrange a suitable time for our couriers to deliver, please contact the number left on the drop card. You can also arrange collection from your post office. Their phone number will be on their drop card.
The aforementioned despatch and delivery times above may vary for a range of reasons. www.Vaneo.co shall not be liable for loss resulting from deliveries outside the delivery periods specified above due to lack of product availability, delays from carriers, force majeure, or for any other reason.
www.vaeno.co will be using a Courier service for deliveries to ensure prompt and trackable delivery. Your package will be picked up from us for a nationwide next day delivery once your order is placed before 11am. We do not have tracking numbers and can not give exact times of delivery.
Once you receive the shipment from vaeno.co and if you are not satisfied with the product contact our customer service department to inform them you will be returning the product.
To return your product, simply place the package into the garment cover fill out the enclosed form of your reasons for returning. You have up to 7 days to return the product and receive a full refund, once the product is in the same condition it was sent to you. Every garment has a ‘do not remove’ sticker if this has been removed we will be unable to offer a refund. For any queries you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or phone number.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Laser or PayPal.
By providing such information, you represent and warrant that it is accurate, complete, and current. Upon making any such purchase, you agree to pay all charges (including delivery and handling charges) incurred by users of your credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to such purchase.
Vane.co reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if Vaeno.co is not given completely accurate information and/or is unable to contact the person who has placed the order and/or the primary cardholder for the order.
Once you have placed your order, we will debit your card for the amount you have accepted. We also undertake a fraud prevention process which is outlined in “Fraud Prevention” below. If you paid using your credit card, you will be charged once the goods have been despatched to the delivery address. If funds have ceased to be available between the actual charge, the order will be cancelled. We will send you an email to confirm the despatch of your order.
If you have paid via your PayPal account, your account will be charged at the time of the order, once you confirm your order on the website. If we are unable to ship your items to you for some reason, we will refund the value of the items that were not sent. This refund will be made to the payment method that you used for the order.
Authorisation by Card Issuer
Orders placed using credit or debit cards are subject to authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorise the payment for any reason, Vaeno.co is unable to process the payment. In this case, you will be notified of the refusal during the check-out process.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the applicable rate for the country where the goods are being shipped to. Prices of individual products exclude delivery fees. The total cost of the order includes the VAT inclusive cost of the products ordered in addition to any applicable delivery fees. Delivery fees are clearly marked when accessing your Shopping Bag or when choosing to Checkout.
During the checkout process, we may use the information you provided to detect and prevent fraudulent activity. In so doing, we may disclose your address and postcode, as well as other information about your order, to third parties to perform that validation. Any disclosure of your information is done securely and you will never receive any marketing solicitation as a result of the information provided.

We therefore support Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode, which have the same principles as Chip & Pin, and which help to protect your card against unauthorised use. If your bank or card issuer has adopted this programme, you may receive a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode verification page when you are shopping on www.vaeno.co. If you are prompted with a Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode screen, and you choose not to register, your card issuer may not allow your order to be processed on that card. If this occurs, you will be asked to provide a different payment method to complete your purchase.
If you paid for the goods originally with a credit or debit card, we can only process a refund to the card that was used for the purchase. If your card expires before we are able to process the refund, please contact customer service and provide your name, order number, postcode, and phone number. For security reasons, we do not accept card information through email. Therefore, once you provide us with your contact information, we will contact you directly to take the new card details over the phone. Once we receive your item back and it has cleared all checks, We will refund you. Please be patient as it can take anything from 3 -7 days depending on your bank for the refund to show up on your credit card. Please contact your bank in relation to this as it is out of our hands once we process the refund. We will always do our best to give you the best shopping experience as we want all our customers to be very happy with our service.
We endeavour to display accurate pricing, product descriptions & information, images, and availability as of the time that the information is submitted for display onto the website. However, because of lighting differences and differences with monitors, the actual colour of the products you receive may differ from what you see on screen. In addition, information can occasionally be entered erroneously on the system. In this case, we reserve the right to correct information, such as prices and promotions, which have been published on www.vaeno.co . Information about sizing is as accurate as possible.

We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to, at any time and without notice, remove, modify or add information and services to any part of this website. We shall not be held liable if the website is unavailable for any period of time.
These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. In the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
From time-to-time we may offer certain online promotions which may apply to certain items purchased on the website. The conditions relating to the discounts offered through those promotions will be specified at the time of issue.
In the event that a discount is obtained through a published promotional code, please be advised that customers cannot use more than one offer code per order.
Delivery of goods is subject to availability of the goods themselves. If your required product is not available this will be displayed once you click into the item, stating ‘sold out’. Our main focus is to keep our customers happy and looking fabulous. The processing of a payment does not obligate Vaeno.co to fulfill the goods in question, should the items not be available. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know about the lack of availability and you will not be charged for out-of-stock items.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept changes to orders after they have been placed. Therefore, please be sure that your order is correct before confirming your order.
Once you’ve placed an order on www.vaeno.co, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order. This acknowledgement does not imply an acceptance of the order. For orders paid via credit or debit cards, only when the order has been despatched will the purchase contract be made and will you be charged for the goods ordered. Once the items have been shipped you will receive an email informing you of the shipment. If you have paid through a PayPal account, your account will be charged when the order is placed.
